Vladimir Mirzoyan
CEO & Founder
Product leader and serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in product strategy, design, and development. Building UnblockEquity to make home equity accessible to the 4.6 million homeowners denied HELOCs annually because of late payments or thin credit files.
Most recently Head of Product at Drawbridge Health, leading design and core development of a clinically validated blood draw platform. Previously Sr. Product Designer at Genome Medical, where he led product innovation, managed a design team, and built dynamically generated clinical documents for genetic testing workflows.
Deep roots in real estate technology as a long-time partner and Director of Product at Condo.com/Condos.com, where he drove a 300%+ conversion increase through CRO and led prototype development of the Building Advisor SaaS product. Co-founded BulkCondoDeals.com for confidential bulk condo transactions.
Started his first company, Oxidev Interactive, during his sophomore year at the University of Miami and grew it to a 30-person agency ranked Top & Fastest Growing by the South Florida Business Journal. Holds a US patent for an Electronic Marketing System (#US20090271272A1). University of Miami, Mathematics and Economics.
